Cataract Lake Water Corporation is a "not-for-profit" water utility under the direction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Committee and is represented by nine (9) elected board members that serve three (3) year consecutive terms. There are three (4) officers and five (5) board members that insure the company policies, by-laws, etc., are followed. They also establish the direction the company goes, oversee the management of the company and seek the best representation for our membership of customers.
