New Service Request

Welcome to Cataract Lake Water Corporation's new website where you can now apply for water service!  You will need to complete the  Membership Application, User's Agreement and other necessary documents.  If completed using our website, you will need to forward the data to our email ([email protected]).  We ONLY accept check, cash or money order, so the payment will need to mailed to us, placed in our convenient drop box located at the entrance of our driveway, or dropped off in person at our office.  We are located at:  6090 State Road 42, Poland, Indiana.  You can also contact our office at:  (765) 795-3288 to request the documents by mail or service can set up in our office.  We look forward to serving your water needs!
